AIR Observational Limits
The AIR catalogue is empirical. It classifies observable dimensions, planes, rifts and interdimensions. It does not claim knowledge of any ultimate substrate.
The Exterior
AIR uses the term Exterior for the unobservable medium or condition through which dimensions move and intersect. No known instrument, practice, or Deus artifact has allowed direct observation of the Exterior.
Operational Consequences

AIR can record dimensional intersections, but cannot predict absolute drift.

AIR can classify stable law-regions such as Cluster Alpha, but cannot prove their outer boundaries.

AIR hypotheses about the origin of dimensions remain unverifiable.

The search for Deus is partly motivated by the possibility that Deus methods may contain information about the Exterior.
Relation to Monada
The Monada and Chaos are an author-level framework used to structure the wiki. In-universe, no known sapient civilization can confirm the Chaos directly since they exist inside and cannot exist without the seeming order to enforce it.
