The Macro-Tripartite Federation
To form a Union without violating the Verse of the Sovereign Soil or triggering the Chaos Clause (Geometric Overreach), the confederation must mirror the Three Pillars at a macro level. A Union does not dissolve the internal Tripartite Archonate of its member tribes; instead, it establishes a parallel, Union-level governance body:
