Naming
The tribes mostly were named after the master clan of the tribe. For example the Varros tribe would be named after the Varros Clan.
Hierarchy
The hierarchy system of the tribes was greatly influenced by the Arialian Conservatism. The power over one another was present in the descending order as is shown in the list:

Shakor were responsible for hunting and the major part of the law enforcing and land protection, while Garont were the ones that would do most of the manual labor. Ikor were the shamans that are supposed to bring to the rest their path in life, also they were collecting, organizing and writing down knowledge and history.
