Governance
Ark imposed a strict tripartite social hierarchy based on the functional specialization of the kor races. Each race was assigned a non-overlapping sphere of activity, and transgressing these boundaries was treated as a fundamental violation of the engineered order. The specific laws, rituals, and punishments he enforced are only partially preserved in the post-Cataclysm Rightful Path, and the accuracy of that text is disputed by AIR analysts.

The Virian Cataclysm and Disappearance
At the time of the Virian Cataclysm, Ark vanished along with all other known Vir Deus. The exact circumstances of his departure are unknown. The Cataclysm shattered the outskirts of Arial, destroyed the centralized hierarchy of the Old Arialian Empire, and killed the majority of the elder Ikor shamans who held operational knowledge of the Catalysts.
AIR interrogation of the Eidos Entity designated Ark the Tyrant produced testimony that contradicts several key passages of the Rightful Path, particularly the Verse of the Spilled Clay. This suggests the post-Cataclysm text may have been edited by mortal shamans to serve political and economic needs rather than faithfully preserving Ark's original directives.

Despite his disappearance, Ark's influence on Vir remains the single most powerful cultural and political force on the Arial continent.
Eidos Entities
The collective belief of millions of Arialian worshippers has generated two distinct Eidos Entities in the Eidos plane:

The Genetic Irony
The Rightful Path claims the kor are the pure, original creations of Ark, distinct from and superior to all other races. Biologically, the kor are late-stage derivatives of Saris's Draconic base template. The warm-bloodedness of the kor and sord is a later evolutionary adaptation engineered by Ark for survival in Arial's temperate and freezing zones. The Deserian egalitarian philosophy of Arialian Draconism, which holds that all races share the same foundational draconic ancestry, is a more accurate reflection of Vir's genetic reality than the rigid caste dogma of Central Arial.
