While Tarosian Kingdom was stabilizing the ones who could escape the fatal fate and flee not bending their knee during the Arial Tribal Unification to Kayros or the ones who's choice would be enslavement or eradication, instead taking leave to the Arial outskirts. Government and forces of the kingdom were too busy keeping Central Arial under control to engage in pursuing the refugees who made about 40% of population of the conquered tribes.
The hatred towards Kayros and his violent methods made outskirters disconnect from the ideas of Kayros even more reinterpreting the reasoning behind Ark leaving them and causes of the Virian Cataclysm, making up the base for the arialian progressivism.

Western Arial

The westerners jumped right into the western rainforests, hiding from leftovers of the Tarosian assault for some years, starting to form anything only after it calmed down in the end of the Arial Tribal Unification.
Despite all the trauma and need to unite against the newly formed forces of the Tarosian Kingdom that kept some rading them enslaving more people, the rebels still fought each other for the leadership caused even by small differences between them, many of them still were kor that were forced to leave their lands but kept laying up a claim for the right to rule.
In those circumstances new orc-warlord Ingrish succeeded at uniting the sord against the rebel kor tribes pushing them out from the lands. See Western Tribal Conflict for more information.
Therefore was formed the Korian Union that united all the western rebel tribes.
Eastern Arial

When the eastern rebels reached the Wild Desert at first it was hard to survive the environment, but with help of drake inhabitants and despite all the harsh they succeeded at adapting to it concentrating most of the population around it's oases.
Through time need for intertribal interactions like trade, sharing military forces and workers grew, at 1335AC finally leading to formation of Deseria as a state.
